Many IZOD IndyCar Series drivers bring their favorite foods with them while on the road, which partly is why you’re more apt to get an autograph/photo while shopping in the organic produce section of Whole Foods than a local hamburger joint.
Such meal plans allow for drivers to eat when they’re hungry, more likely to stick to their diet and consume health-conscious items that they enjoy. For E.J. Viso, one of his favorites is sardines. Check out the video as the KV Racing Technology driver from Venezuela explains.

The decision to penalize elio castronevese by throwing the black flag (which means go to the rear of the pack), was totally wrong, uninformed, and overkill!!! A fine would be more appropriate!! Racing is a dynamic sport, it is changing every second, one can not make hard and fast rules and decisions, decisions need some thought and understanding of what is happening at the time, besides the rule is the most stupid rule I have ever heard of in racing, this is not racing with rules like this. Other than 1st. place, any car that wants to pass is allowed down on the inside line, well guess what he then is blocking the car behind him, so on and soforth through the field. The only car this would not apply to is the leaader, but since he is in the lead there is no car to pass he then is penalized,, rediculous !!! Since Indy series operates under these comic book of rules, I will not attend, watch a race or buy their sponsors products, Good Day!
