‘You ever have that feeling where you’re not sure if you’re awake or dreaming?’

The always charming and conversational Emma Dixon had to find someone to talk to in Le Mans, France, while hubby Scott Dixon was busy getting a third-place finish in the 24 Hours of Le Mans. A-lister Keanu Reeves was apparently a good substitute because Emma snapped a photo with him there, proclaiming her affection for “The Matrix.”

“Had to be the person and get a pic. Not cool but I love ‘The Matrix,’” she wrote on Instagram about the snap.

From his social media accounts, Scott Dixon looked to be having a great time, too. His 24 Hours of Le Mans debut drew a huge crowd, which was great background for a celebratory selfie on the podium.

The staff there was apparently impressed by his swing because they tweeted a photo of it, reminding everyone that Rahal is listed among the “Golf Digest” 100 top pro athletes. He’s No. 45 in the October 2015 list, if you’re wondering.

And the nominees are…

Meanwhile, in nearby Sheboygan, Wis., 2016 Indianapolis 500 winner Alexander Rossi was encouraging fans to help him win a 2016 ESPY Award on July 13 in Los Angeles. Nominees were announced this week and Rossi is the running for the Best Driver award along with Dixon, Formula One champ Lewis Hamilton, NHRA’s Erica Enders-Stevens and NASCAR’s Kyle Busch.

You are my sunshine

Lauren Kanaan, wife of driver Tony Kanaan, gave us all our weekly dose of cute with her snap of son Deco in what looks to be a pair of mommy’s shades. Her picture caption reads, “the sun never sets on cool” and we aren’t arguing with that.
