Did you know that John Green, writer of the young adult novel turned film “The Fault in our Stars,” and his best pals ride their bicycles to the Indianapolis 500 every year? Well, now that you do, it makes a whole lot more sense why John Green is just as psyched as the rest of us to see Conor Daly land his 2016 full-season deal with Dale Coyne Racing. So psyched that he compiled a tweet about it:

Helio Castroneves and Juan Pablo Montoya participated in the “Shop with a Colt” event at a Meijer in Carmel to bring Christmas to some Indianapolis children who otherwise might not have one. Those sweethearts! Both drivers partnered with a local youngster for a $200 shopping spree to fulfill their Christmas list and top off their special day with a pizza party:

Elf on a Shelf is always getting into trouble, but it looks like this week he rolled away with one fan’s No. 9 Scott Dixon diecast car. Fortunately, Dixon caught him. Unfortunately, he let him get away. That Iceman really must be filled with holiday warmth:
