Plenty of us made New Year’s Resolutions, like lose weight, read more, wake up earlier, etc. Josef Newgarden took it upon himself to inspire us to get started: he read a book. But because Newgarden is a race car driver, he did it in his firesuit and helmet. Then the actual author posted a photo of him doing so on Instagram. Written by famed former playmate and ex-girlfriend of Hugh Hefner, Kendra Wilkinson Baskett wrote “Sliding Into Home” and I think it’s safe to say this photo is an endorsement from Newgarden:

Conor Daly’s bro DeadMau5 celebrated a birthday this week and according to Twitter, the Mau5 will celebrate his birthday just the way any world-famous electronic musician should: at a world-famous Las Vegas night club. If you happen to be in Vegas on January 16, you can score a ticket here:

Marco Andretti made a trip to the 2015 Formula One finale in Abu Dhabi last November, and when he arrived, he revealed that he was rolling with a star-studded crew. Andretti tweeted “I woke up in Abu Dhabi!” and a short time later posted a photo on Instagram of him, Kevin Hart and Ludacris. But who else did they meet up with? None other than Grammy-nominated R&B artist, Trey Songz.=:

You can take the racer out of Indianapolis, but you can’t take the Indianapolis out of the racer. Newlywed Graham Rahal recently relocated out of the Hoosier state to live in sunny California with his bride, but he’s still a Colts fan at heart. While Indianapolis will continue to bleed blue for Coach Pagano, Rahal also gave the returning coach his well wishes:
